Society Membership
We invite you to become a member of the North American Levinas Society. Membership periods run from January to January. The membership dues help us fund our conferences and host the Society webpage.
Members current on their dues are invited every year to attend the General Business Meeting during our annual conference and participate in Society governance. Additionally, members will receive the online biannual Society Bulletin and have access to restricted portions of our website.
The North American Levinas Society maintains public Facebook and Twitter accounts available to everyone, but no Society governance is conducted online. We also maintain a free mailing list service through which we disseminate calls for papers, website & conference updates, and other announcements.
Those in soft currency areas who find it difficult to pay these amounts in US currency will be encouraged to apply to the executive secretary for a special rate.
Membership dues will be in addition to conference registration fees.
